Body Flight Exercise Day Training


The Body Flight Exercises Course emerges as an innovative approach to functional training specifically designed for skydiving athletes (both indoor and outdoor). Conceived and developed by the renowned skydiver and physical educator, João Tambor, this program stands out for its unique combination of functional sports training, neuroscience, and ancient mental control techniques through meditation.

This course was developed to meet the challenging demands that skydiving presents, both in free fall and in wind tunnels. The goal is to guide athletes, from beginners to the most experienced, on the journey to achieving excellence in body flight, providing a holistic understanding and enhancing fundamental skills.

João Tambor was an Artistic Gymnastics athlete from the age of 12 to 24 and spent part of these years also working as a high-performance sports coach. This background serves as a knowledge base for practices and teaching methodology for the most acrobatic flights in the artistic disciplines of skydiving.

The Body Flight X Day Training is a synthesis of this course for an immersive 1-day in-person training with physical and mental exercise practices, theoretical approaches with incredible presentations, allowing participants to explore all aspects of body flight learning.
